Route Networking Group
About Route Networking Group
At RNG, we're passionate about building connections to help businesses grow and communities thrive. Our nuts and bolts focus around talent acquisition; helping companies recruit, attract, and retain talent so that they can focus on whatever they do best but at the end of the day, we see ourselves as "People Partners".
From a social impact perspective, we're proud to help individuals further their careers and find sustainable employment; we're currently on track to help put over $4M in salaries back into Idaho's economy. And, from an even wider perspective, we're partnering with other groups and organizations to ensure we have an equitable and diverse talent pool to sustain our communities' growth.

Meet the Founder, Jessica Cafferty
Jessica is a third-generation native Idahoan that started Route Networking Group as she "boomeranged" back to Boise after spending seven years in Washington state, California, and Texas. A graduate of the University of Puget Sound, Jessica studied Business, Biology and Chemistry, before moving to the San Diego area where she quickly climbed the ladder in sales and sales management for a 3rd party logistics company. At 26, she started RNG to help companies "find their Route" to exceptional talent.
Outside of RNG, Jessica serves as the Board Chair for the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage, is an active member of Idaho Business for Education, a founding member of "Idaho Women for Technology", and contributing member to Boise Young Professionals, Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and Idaho Technology Council.
