J S D A Inc. is a virtual firm of designers, architects, makers and thinkers operating within the professions of design, architecture, product design, branding, industrial design, research and development. We transform places and the people who work or live in those spaces. The studio is involved in a number of projects throughout the west coast and beyond.

Meet the Founder, Janice Stevenor Dale, FIIDA, NCIDQ, CID
Janice Stevenor Dale is a proven performer with 40+ years of experience in large scale commercial real estate and design. These corporate headquarters and tenant spaces, high and low-rises buildings feature auditoriums, theaters, cafeterias, reception areas to broad executive, conferencing, administrative and industrial spaces with all of its integrated technologies, data centers and back-up power generation have been deftly lead through complex code and permitting requirements through the project management and design leadership of Janice Stevenor Dale. She connects clients with the right fit of qualified relationships with general contractors, subcontractors and furniture systems dealerships, retaining a neutral position with all. Subscribing to a code of ethics where zero waste and open book practices are prized goals, she has a wide bandwidth for project types and compositions, budget difficulties and scheduling challenges that few would dare to undertake. Working directly for four Hall of Fame designers, nationally awarded, her design acumen is of the highest caliber. Janice Stevenor Dale surrounds herself with a talented team of highly technical 3D CADD design professionals from around the globe to round out her practice group, using open talent to add team members to meet the project specific goals. With an intense interest in the study of history of architecture and design, she brings a disciplined and perspective of critique and possibility to the creative and conceptual process, to align that framework with the goals of the project. In addition, Ms. Stevenor Dale leads the firm in creating deep bonds with our clientele.
